my excercise regime

1. I have started running twice a day around 6-8 miles since about 2 weeks ago! this is the most ever I have accomplished.

2. There is some overtraining strains pretty much all over my body

3. I am going to do less miles this week, so as to keep up a muscle breakdown efficiency.
