falling in love

Over the past few weeks, I have been curious to find out that I have fallen in love with a girl that Greg works with.

Her name is Gillian, and we share a deep almost immediate intimate bond.
I believe we are a good match.

now if i could move out and have a place and make lots of money that would be great too.

Threshold of Pain

Last weekend I did some recording with andrew, amy and beth(lucretia) for the new threshold of pain recording

it was a madcap adventure and very energizing for my creativity

I really enjoyed working and collaborating in the avant garde style that makes me reminisce of chest and elder chest recordings/operas

As a special guest for the project, i thought it was especially interesting how it came about

1. Listen to music, draw
2. Drawings become poems
3. Poems become music

as a full cycle this has a nice resolution

my excercise regime

1. I have started running twice a day around 6-8 miles since about 2 weeks ago! this is the most ever I have accomplished.

2. There is some overtraining strains pretty much all over my body

3. I am going to do less miles this week, so as to keep up a muscle breakdown efficiency.
