Eric and Steph's Wedding-  A wedding of the century.

Andrew Gillian and I went to the wedding on a road trip to long island ny.  It was a beautiful time with a gorgeous and I am sure expensive wedding.  (think wedding crashers and you might get the idea of the similar wealth involved)

Andrew wrote a great Best man Speech, and I believe that a good time was had by all.

I really enjoyed the new transformers movie.  It was action packed and full of childhood reminders.

1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

2.
Don't Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

3.
Don't Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4.
Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

I hurt my ankle the other day climbing a mountain.

I climbed cascade mountain off of exit 30 on the northway.  It was an awesome experience.

I did not break my ankle but really sprained it bad.

Today I have to go to a wedding near the Glens Falls area Lake George.

My brothers prior boss at Nancy's is getting married and we are all invited to go.

Next week summer school starts.

I am unsure if I still want to do this work.

In the Dark ther are creeps creep crep

I am becoming more of an allower. The kind of connection that would accompany a kind of closness or hightened bond. I used to get now comes through my connection throug the source

Huna

First Level of Reality: Physical

1st level of reality is just your "plain" physical world, subject to all physical laws.

Second Level or Reality: Psychic

The 2nd level of reality is subjective. Everything is alive, aware, and responsive. In this level you can talk (and listen) to animals, places, and things.

Third Level of Reality: Symbolic

In the 3rd level of reality, everything is a dream. Everything is a symbol which in some way reflects yourself. Third level activities include:
Interpreting a sleeping dream
Interpreting a physical event as if it was a dream
Interpretin events or things as "signs"

Fourth Level of Reality: Holistic

Fourth level of reality sees everything as perfect in every way, regardless of it's physical or short-term appearance. 4th level characteristics are:
"Everything is working out perfectly"
"Thing always work themselves out better than we could ever plan them"
"Everything happens for a perfect reason and is all part of a perfect universe"
This information is an assembly of Pohaku's posts at Key Principles of Huna

Huna

In response to Andrew

The Seven Principles
The basic assumptions of Huna are these:

1. The World Is What You Think It Is.
2. There are no limits.
3. Energy Flows Where Attention Goes.
4. Now Is The Moment Of Power.
5. To Love Is To Be Happy With (someone or something).
6. All Power Comes From Within.
7. Effectiveness Is The Measure Of Truth.
The Three Selves (or Four)
Another set of assumptions used in Huna is that human behavior and experience can be explained and changed through the interaction of three (sometimes four) selves, aspects or functions:

1. The High Self (Kane, Aumakua), inspires.
2. The Conscious Self (Lono) imagines.
3. The Subconscious Self (Ku) remembers.
4. The Core Self (Kanaloa) wills.
The Four Levels of Reality
A third set of assumptions coming from the kupua tradition divides all experience into four levels or frameworks of beliefs about reality which can be summarized as follows:

1. Everything is objective (Scientific reality).
2. Everything is subjective (Psychic reality).
3. Everything is symbolic (Shamanic reality).
4. Everything is holistic (Mystical reality).
